Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with harissa paste until well combined.
  3. Husk the corn and brush each ear with the harissa butter.
  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
