Hawaiian Pineapple BBQ Chicken Bowls

A delicious and tropical dish featuring grilled chicken, pineapple, and BBQ sauce served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce and pineapple chunks, cooking until heated through.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté bell pepper until tender.
