500g chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 large lettuce leaves
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.
Top with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
Notes
Use romaine or butter lettuce for sturdy wraps.
Adjust spices to your taste.
