Honey Garlic Pork Chops

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook pork chops for 5 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove pork chops and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Stir in honey and soy sauce.
  7. Return pork chops to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Cook for 2 more minutes per side.
  9. Serve hot.
