  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the glaze.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli and prepare the rice.
  7. Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by broccoli, carrots, and the glazed salmon on top.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
