Creamy Keto Butter Chicken Recipe Ready in 30 Minutes

A rich and creamy keto-friendly version of butter chicken with tender chicken pieces in a spiced tomato and butter sauce.

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger paste, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and chili powder.
  5. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  6. Pour in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream for best texture.
  • Adjust spices to taste.
