1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or sausage.
Can be topped with additional cheese before baking for a cheesier dish.
