Quick Chicken Stir Fry

A simple and quick chicken stir fry recipe that you can make in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  6. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
