1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and then cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Marinate the tofu cubes in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
