1 pound ground beef
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup cooked pasta (small shapes like elbow or shells)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden and the muffins are set.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
