Lemon Balm Tea Granita

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon balm leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil water and pour over lemon balm leaves. Steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1 hour.
