  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and cut the top shell down the center.
  4. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender.
  • Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
