  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture into the skillet and flatten them slightly.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
