No-Boil Lasagna

A simple and delicious no-boil lasagna recipe that saves time and effort while delivering great flavor.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  6. Add a layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables or cooked meat for extra flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
