Parmesan Crusted Tilapia and Green Beans

A delicious and healthy dish featuring tilapia fillets coated in a crispy Parmesan crust, served alongside fresh green beans.

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and coat them with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated tilapia on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. While the fish is baking, steam the green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Toss the green beans with lemon juice, salt, and pepper before serving.
  8. Serve the Parmesan crusted tilapia with the green beans on the side.
