  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
  5. Place the pork tenderloin on the baking sheet with the vegetables.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
