  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the sauce to thicken.
  7. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the sauce drizzled on top.
