Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Once the cream mixture is hot, remove it from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
Add the rose water and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once set, garnish with crushed pistachios and edible rose petals before serving.
