Sausage & Pepper Skillet

A quick and flavorful dinner featuring sausage and bell peppers, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
