Quick and easy cheese rolls that can be made in just 30 minutes, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. On a floured surface, knead the dough gently for a minute.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
