Slow Cooker Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs

Delicious and easy-to-make slow cooker meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy pineapple teriyaki sauce.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
