Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. While the steaks are cooking, steam the chopped cauliflower until tender.
  4. In a bowl, mash the steamed cauliflower with butter and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve the steaks alongside the cauliflower mash and garnish with chives.
