  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake for 5 more minutes until marshmallows are golden.
  8. Cool before cutting into squares.
