  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Season with garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove vegetables and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, cook the flank steak to desired doneness.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain.
  7. Return the vegetables to the skillet and mix with the steak.
