Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Beef Skewers

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef and pineapple onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
