Sweet Chili Shrimp and Snap Pea Skillet

A delicious and quick dish featuring shrimp and snap peas tossed in a sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add snap peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
