  • 2 tbsp truffle honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme, stirring for 30 seconds.
  6. Brush the lamb chops with truffle honey.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare.
  8. Rest the chops for 5 minutes before serving.
