Tuna salad with Greek yogurt

A healthier twist on traditional tuna salad using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the diced celery, diced red onion, and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If desired, stir in the chopped fresh dill.
  5. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  6. Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.

Notes

  • This salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
