1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 large cabbage leaves
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties.
Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the sauce.
