A delicious and healthy turkey and kale skillet dish featuring cannellini beans, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped kale and cook until wilted.
  5. Add cannellini beans and Italian seasoning, mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
