1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
