  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Coat each wing in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Fry wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Drain wings on paper towels.
