Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Mix Wagyu beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Form into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 3 minutes per side.
  5. Add cheese slices in the last minute.
  6. Toast slider buns lightly.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, truffle oil, lemon juice, and garlic for aioli.
  8. Spread aioli on buns.
  9. Place patties on buns and top with arugula.
  10. Serve immediately.
