Wagyu Steak Bites with Garlic Aioli

  • 1 lb Wagyu beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season Wagyu beef pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl to make the aioli.
  6. Serve the steak bites with the garlic aioli on the side.
