1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)
Instructions
Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
