4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons white miso paste
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Juice and zest of 1 orange
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice, sesame oil, and zest from both fruits until smooth.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon fillets on it.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the salmon garnished with additional citrus zest and a side of your choice.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
