Loaded Bacon and Avocado Burger Bowls

A delicious and unique twist on traditional burgers, featuring loaded bacon and creamy avocado served in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. While the beef is cooking, prepare the avocado by slicing it in half, removing the pit, and scooping it out into a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard together.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, assemble the bowls by layering the lettuce, beef, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
  6. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the top and serve immediately.

  • This dish can be made low-carb by omitting the lettuce.
