  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
