  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cabbage and carrots, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped scallions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
