Vegan buffalo cauliflower wings

Delicious and spicy vegan buffalo cauliflower wings that are perfect for any gathering or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss the wings in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can air fry the wings instead of baking.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
